Our Transfers Policy:

Shoot Angry Inc. accepts transfers for online sales from other parties. We also accept person-to-person private transfers in our shop. Please make sure you are aware of our transfer policy.

Any firearm sent to us for transfer to a customer MUST be picked up within 30 days of its arrival at our store. We cannot always send a text or call to notify you of your firearm's arrival. If you've purchased a firearm online, you should have received tracking info and will know when it arrives. Firearms not picked up within the 30-day period will incur a $5/day storage fee. After 90 days, the firearm will be considered abandoned and sold to cover the accumulated storage fees.

If you are unable to pass a background check, the firearm cannot and will not be released to you. You will be responsible for the $30 background check fee and the cost of shipping the firearm back to its original seller. If these costs are not covered, the firearm will be forfeited and sold to cover the expenses. A valid PA license or state-issued ID is required at pickup.

We do NOT provide our FFL information. If the company or place you're purchasing from requests our FFL details, please have them email us, and we will send them a copy.

Firearms purchased on our website and picked up in-store, or purchased directly from our store, require the same background check and $30 fee. A valid PA State ID is required at the time of transfer. We do NOT transfer firearms to out-of-state residents. We can ship a firearm to your local FFL, and you and that FFL must know and follow the laws in your state. If the firearm does not comply with your state laws, YOU are responsible for making it compliant. No refunds will be issued. Know your local laws before purchasing.

We can ship firearms for you. If you've recently sold a firearm on GunBroker, we can ship it to an FFL, but we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do NOT ship to California, sorry.

Ammo and firearms will never be shipped together. We use UPS and USPS for shipping, not FedEx. Please do NOT prepackage your firearm for shipping, as we will open and repackage it ourselves. Shipping insurance is recommended for firearms. If the firearm is lost, damaged, or stolen, shipping insurance should cover the costs once a claim is filed and settled.

You are responsible for reading, knowing, and understanding our policies.
